Class Styles at RedZone Express
RedLine (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)
Depending on the day of the week we are upper or lower body parts 💪🏻
RedLine is an intense, cardio/strength -focused High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class, most famously featured as a signature workout at RedZone It is designed to push your cardiovascular limits through “Speed-Programming” method that uses escalating work periods and minimal rest times.
Chiseled (Wednesday only)
“Chiseled” body workouts focus on a combination of building muscle mass (hypertrophy) to maximize muscle definition. This typically involves heavier compound lifts to create a strong foundation, followed by isolation exercises to “detail” specific muscle groups. We always conclude class with a CARDIO finisher.
Vinyasa Yoga (Monday/Wednesday)
Vinyasa yoga, often called “flow” yoga, is a dynamic, creative, and athletic style that links breath with movement, seamlessly transitioning from one pose to the next. Originating from Ashtanga, it emphasizes a, fluid,, ever-changing, sequence (unlike fixed, repetitive styles) that builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, often accompanied by a, rhythmic, music-driven atmosphere.
Power YOGA (Tuesday/Friday)
In our morning class we will explore the balance of Yin and Yang as we blend stretching, breathing, moving and strengthening to calm the mind and energize the body. We will start with passive poses held longer (YIN) to focus on release of connective tissues (ligaments, fascia and tendon) and then transition to dynamic & fun flows (YANG) to build strength and bring in energy. On our morning journey we will have ample time to explore shapes and incorporate props to enhance the practice. Class ends with Savasana to allow you to fully absorb Yin/Yang.
