Greg and Suzannah here. We want to be first in welcoming you to RedZone NoCo and our fitness journey. With more than 20 years in the fitness industry we believe RedZone NoCo is the answer to where fitness is going. No more big box clubs that seem intimidating and impersonal. Our plan is to build a community centered around service, cleanliness, and individualization, but let’s not forget competition. Our idea of using heart rate monitors with each workout creates a fun competitive environment that fosters encouragement and growth from our coaches. It’s all about fun interaction that leads to progress. Everyone has a different reason to be at RedZone NoCo and we want to help you succeed.
